    Solution:

    1) Go to "Start" > "Settings" > "Control panel", double-click on "Administrative Tools" icon.

    2) Double-click "Computer Management"

    3) Below that choose "Storage" then below click "Disk Management"

    4) On the right hand side right click on the drive of choice and choose change drive letter.

    5) Choose change drive letter

    6) Then click "Change"

    7) Choose the drive letter of choice

    8) Click "Ok"

    U3 LaunchPad Installer

    Download Instructions:
    NOTE:

    1. Create a folder on the desktop called U3.
    2. Click on the driver link here (.exe file).
    3. Double click on Setup.exe.
    4. The install will pop up almost immediately and tell you it is done installing.
    5. Click OK.

You will see some windows about it installing new hardware. Once these have finished your device is ready to use.

Note:This product supports Windows 2000 SP4 and XP without drivers. Temporarily NOT compatible with Windows Vista.
