    Click the drive tab.
Click the option for Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediatly when deleted.

    2. Turn off system restore

    3. Disable the file system real time protection drive

    6. Hit "start" and right click on "my computer" and hit "properties" then hit the "hardware" tab and hit the "device manager" button... in there you will find your drive at the top under the "disk drives" list... (it has to be plugged in your comp)... double click on the one you want and hit the "policies" tab and select "optimize for quick removal" and then hit "ok"
Do this for usb flash drives that you only use for transferring data
Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.
