    it could be your sound card or setting or your computer. I used to have issues with my sound lagging in flash until I disabled some sound options in my control panel. If you are using Vista, make sure you have turned off all sound enhancements. I know it is bad, but Vista has sound lag issues with flash until you turn it off.

    - I found on export setting that if i set the Audio to ADPCM all those problems fix themselves
    make sure if your sound cards power isnt split to other devices. one of my molex lines has 3 connectors and was run to my cpu cooler (chilltec electrothermal cooler), my fan controller which controls 5 fans and 5 temp probes, and my sound card. giving my sound card its own line seems to have fixed the problem for me.
