Requirements
------------
- MS-DOS 6.0, Windows 95/Windows 98 (via Command Prompt)
- PC with a Pentium II, Pentium Pro, Pentium or similar processor
- 16MB of RAM or more Suggested
BIOS Update Instructions
------------------------
1) Go to Chaintech's web site at http://www.chaintech.com.tw/ to download
the most recent BIOS for your VGA card. If your current VGA BIOS version
number is lower than the version number on the Chaintech website, download
the newer BIOS and continue with the steps below.
2) Extract the BIOS Update files to a temporary directory.(Example: c:\
tntbios)
3) Reboot the system to MS-DOS. If Windows 95/98 is being used, reboot
and press F8 when "Starting Windows..." appears and choose "Command
Prompt Only"
4) Insert the AGP card driver pack CD-ROM into your CD-ROM disk drive.
It is assumed that your CD-ROM drive is located at drive D:\.
5) At the DOS prompt enter FLASH followed by the BIOS ROM filename.
EXAMPLE: Assuming the BIOS ROM filename is b20418.rom
you would enter:
D:\vidia\nvflash C:\tntbios\b20418.rom <enter>
5) After the BIOS has been updated, power off then power on the system.
