This most likely will reduce and overall every other online game latency couse its more about Windows configuration than anything else.

    NOTE:
this was originally for Windows XP - i've tryed it on XP and it works perfectly.
for Windows Vista - i dont know - i hated vista already before it was released, than i continued to hear bad and worse about it so i never had Vista.
BUT - now im with Windows 7. It has much from vista in it, but i dont know how much. Its Registry is a bit different from the XP's one but the trick works again perfectly with one difference which i'll say.

    So - heeere we go:

start_button->Run... , type regedit and smash Enter.

    For Windows XP users

    1.) Now - navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM CurrentControlSet Services Tcpip Parameters Interfaces
There you will see many interfaces like {7DBA6DCA-FFE8-4002-A28F-4D2B57AE8383}. Click on each one of them. When u see one with lots of settings in it (on the right side) and there is your machine's current IP address written somewhere - then you're in the right place.
Now - right-click in the right hand pane and add a new DWORD value, name it TcpAckFrequency, then right click the entry and click Modify and assign a value of 1.

2.) Now collapse the tree to how it was in the begining and navigate to
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsof tMSMQ Parameters
Right-click in the right hand pane and add a new DWORD value, name it TCPNoDelay, then right click the entry and click Modify and assign a value of 1

Restart and enjoy ur low latency like me

Now - for Windows 7 users - you can only make the 1.)-st one! Cant find the path for the second, either its on different place or its completely missing but this doesnt matter the trick works even with doing only the 1.)st.

Now - for Vista users - i think there the situation is the same - if you can navigate to this place(s) there is a high chance the trick to work there too but again i'll say - i've not tryed it there and its on ur own risk
