    You mean UPS?
You know, there's an option in BIOS you might want to check. It may vary for your mother board, but the point is "When the PC losses power, and later the power come back on, the PC starts itself."
    Here is an example picture:

Look for "Restore on AC Power Loss" it should be enabled(Power On).

As for the UPS, you might want to contact again with GenuisLoci. I think he can help you with that.

I'm looking for a UPS because I'm worried about losing unsaved work and having problems with my hard drive from repetitive power failure. (The power in my apartment goes off almost every week; I usually notice because I need to reset my alarm clock all the time.)

I'll contact GeniusLoci; Does he speak English? I've browsed the catalogues of Stantek, Reset, IskamPC, and Altech, but haven't been able to find any UPS so far, much less a reliable one from APC.

    UPS, , HDD . ( , , .)

GeniusLoci; ? Stantek, Reset, IskamPC Altech, UPS , - APC.

Well, judging from your previous thread, GeniusLoci was the iskamPC.com person you spoke with regarding your new computer system, so yes - he apparently speaks English

I know some Bulgarian and use G.Translate to fill in the gaps; I just thought it wouldn't be polite to go onto a Bulgarian forum and write everything in English. I will be here for two years anyways, so it is good for me to practice anyways. Maybe I'll be able to communicate normally here one day...

I'll be contacting GeniusLoci for additional help with the UPS; Thanks for the help and for the tip with the BIOS setting.
