1. - - Technical engineer for Windows Platforms with French or German:
Windows engineers requirements:
Windows Server OS (anything from 2008 up to 2012 R2)
Very good knowledge of the Windows OS.
Clear understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus.
Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP.
Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware)
2. - Customer Support Representative with German/ French/ Hungarian - Office 365:
- Knowing a bit about basic networking would definitely help, as will your natural interest in all things tech relatedsome experience working in a technical role is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft products (Basic knowledge of Office 365 and its services - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync Online etc.)
- Technical or Customer Support background is considered as an advantage
3. - Customer Support with French/Italian/ Dutch - Surface:
Requirements:
Preferred technical degree or equivalent working experience
At least 1 year experience as a customer support
Understanding of PCs and operating systems relevant to Microsoft products, strongly developed analytical and troubleshooting skills.
4. , Cisco - Customer Support with Italian or English - Cisco:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Italian and English languages - verbal and written
- Listen attentively and understanding customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
- Knowledge of telecommunications network infrastructure and other network services will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge in one of the following: hardware, networking, sales, product functionality etc. is a bonus
- Basic understanding of computing technology including hardware components, data storage, operating systems, software applications, common peripheral devices, and external connectivity
