WMplayer - Tools->options->Devices-> Properties->Playback-> digital
( winXP) my computer Properties cd , enable digital CD audio for this Cd ROM device.

1. Start Registry Editor and find the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl Set\Control\MediaResources\mci
2. Export the cdaudio key, and then delete the cdaudio key.
3. Restart your computer, and then try to play an audio CD.
You can expect to play audio CDs and not receive an error message.
